Coach for Happy High Achievers

About me
For me, coaching is about being honest with yourself first, finding meaning, and building sustainable growth. I create a space where people reconnect with their potential, find their own answers, and move forward with intention.
I work with people who have already achieved a lot — in their career, personal life, creative work, or business — and know that this experience can be elevated, expanded, or transferred into other areas. What matters to me is that success is not only about results, but also about happiness, lightness, and a clear sense of personal direction.
Background that shaped me as a coach:
I graduated from Erickson Coaching International, one of the world’s leading coaching institutions. I work within a solution-focused approach, with an emphasis on possibilities, resources, and the future. I believe deeply in the power of language and thinking, and support clients in shifting their focus from dead ends to clarity, facilitating conscious and sustainable change. My coaching is structured, ethical, and human.
My experience working with companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Siemens, and Google has shaped a deep understanding of how businesses, roles, and expectations function in fast-changing environments. As a coach, I work not only with the person — but also with the system they make decisions in.
For most of my adult life, I have considered myself a happy person — and I also clearly remember what life feels like on the other side. I systematically and consciously develop this state through coaching, psychology, education, and mentorship. This personal foundation allows me to support clients in their own search for happiness, balance, and resilience.
My clients are constantly growing — and so am I. I am continuing my advanced coaching education, because high achievers deserve a coach who grows just as fast as they do. I hold three higher education degrees and plan to begin a fourth in 2027. If there is one constant in my life, it is self-development, learning, and expanding perspective.
My 5 Coaching Principles
Coaching is a structured space for awareness and meaningful progress. We move forward together in a way that fits the whole person — consciously, from a resourceful state, and with a clear sense of purpose. This is how change becomes sustainable and truly your own.
At its core, coaching is about personal responsibility — for your choices, your results, and your life.
01
There Are Always Options
I graduated from Erickson Coaching International, one of the world’s leading coaching institutions, and work within a solution-focused approach. This means that our work is centred on solutions, possibilities, and the desired future — rather than analysing problems. We build on a person’s existing resources and move forward step by step, at a pace that truly fits them.
Every situation holds a spectrum of possible solutions. I don’t give ready-made answers; I provide structure that helps people find solutions that genuinely work for them.
02
Clear Goals, Real Progress
Goals are one of the most powerful tools for getting where you want to be. I help maintain focus on the agreed direction, while staying flexible to redefine it as growth unfolds. With high achievers, goals often evolve quickly — and learning to recalibrate without losing momentum is key.
Tracking progress and turning goals into reality is where my professional energy comes alive.
03
The Whole Person Matters
I see each person as a whole system — a full 360° of life. When sleep is poor or relationships are draining, it’s unrealistic to expect peak performance at work. And when someone feels unfulfilled professionally, it inevitably affects how they show up in life and relationships.
My role is to help people recognise this system clearly and create personal alignment — so growth in one area supports stability, energy, and progress in others. All with happiness in mind.
04
Support and Challenge
Coaching with me is a space where it’s possible — and necessary — to be honest, vulnerable, and real. Even the strongest leaders need a place where doubts, fears, and inner contradictions can be spoken out loud.
I offer unconditional support, while also challenging when it serves growth. Without pressure — and without self-deception. Always within the person’s current capacity, resources, and real-life context.
05
Energy Is the New Currency
Energy is what separates long-term, sustainable progress from burnout — even when external actions look the same.
Decisions made from different levels of resourcefulness lead to different outcomes. The difference isn’t in effort, but in where we’re acting from internally.
That’s why we focus on energy and inner alignment. Living from a more resourced place doesn’t just improve results — it changes the quality of life along the way.
Everything we have — or don’t have — in our lives is shaped by two things: the choices we make and the habits we build
